How can I improve my English?

Many of us had the opportunity to see a little English in school. Maybe we didn't go beyond the verb "to be" or conjugations in the present simple - at least in my case that was the case. However, in many people's lives there comes a time when various circumstances make us decide to improve that basic level we had been at for many years. Let's talk a little about it.

Have you ever heard the phrase "English opens many doors"?

Whether we like it or not, a second language is extremely relevant nowadays. It doesn't necessarily have to be English. However, taking into account that our mother tongue is Spanish - the 4th most spoken language in the world - it is ideal that we look for another language that allows us to expand the number of people with whom we can communicate, having English as a second language is almost a requirement if we want to move up in our jobs.

How can I improve my English?

In response to this question, I could mention different options: courses, podcasts, music, books, etc. I think that regardless of the method, what matters is the result. However, let's talk a bit about the different options. Reading and music are determining factors for the process of improving the language level, our intention is to improve our performance in order to be able to use English in a professional field, so these are the options we should consider.
